Why am I receiving communications from AG Law?

AG Law represents creditors in the collection of outstanding accounts. The creditor listed on your statement is the company making the claim. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your account.

How can I dispute information on my account or file a complaint?

You may submit a dispute or complaint by phone, mail, or email (email for disputes: [email protected], email for complaints: [email protected]).

Can someone other than me discuss my account?

To protect your privacy, we can only discuss account details with the account holder, his/her attorney, or an authorized representative. If you would like another person to speak on your behalf, please contact our office to learn about the authorization process and any documentation that may be required.

What should I do if I’m experiencing financial hardship or have filed for bankruptcy?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your situation. If you have filed for bankruptcy, please provide your case number, filing data, and attorney information.

How do I make a payment or access my account online?

Please contact us to establish payment arrangements. Once an arrangement has been made, payments may be made online, by ACH, or by mail.

What information do I need when contacting AG Law?

To help us locate your account quickly, please have the following information available: your full name, your account or reference number (if available), any letters or emails you’ve received from AG Law, a phone number or email address associated with your account.
